Mike Gerst, founder and President of Buy It Local Omaha, announced that Andy Greenberg will become the organizations spokesperson.
"As our membership has grown to over 128 businesses with a six month target of over 500, we welcome Andy's services as our internal and external spokesperson who will promote our mission to publicize and promote BILO and it's locally owned business members," announced Gerst.
"Andy is known in Omaha as an outstanding speaker who is able to convey long lasting inspiration and motivate audiences. His uplifting messages are featured each morning on 'The Good Morning Show with Gary Sadlemyer' on 1110 KFAB in a two minute vignette called 'Getting UP with Andy Greenberg.' In addition, he has successfully promoted many small businesses from obscurity to known and respected enterprises in their markets. As a volunteer, he joins our entire group of members in their support of a growing Omaha economy that depends on the success of locally owned new and established businesses," added Gerst.
